General Remarks:
- Fifty foot, flush deck, epoxy fiberglass hull, single diesel yacht especially designed for the present owner by John Brandlmayr as a spacious, year round family cruiser for the B.C. coast and commissioned in June of 1974. Canadian registered vessel,

- Hull 50 ft. overall, 45 ft. waterline, 15 ft. beam, by 3 ft. 6 in. draft. Hull construction, all epoxy fiberglass between 1 inch foam strips laid up horizontally with several inner and outer lay ups of epoxy fiberglass to form a one piece hull approximately 2 inches thick. This produced a tough strong insulated hull with positive flotation and a full keel.

- Water - two built in epoxy glass @ 200 imp. gal.----400 imp. gal.
Fuel - Four built in fiberglass @ 200 imp. gal.----800 imp. gal. ---------3600 litres. Unused spare tanks -two built in fiberglass @ 200 imp. gal. ----400 imp gal.
- Main power - Volvo TAMD 70 B 250 H.P. with independent 24V. batteries driving a Volvo 750 Z drive leg through a twin disk clutch. This has been an excellent combination with the only major repairs being a valve grind to the engine in 2007 at approximately 14500 operating hours

- Electrical power - 110 V 60 cycle A.C. and 12 V. D.C.
7kw. Kabota with independent starting battery. 2895 hrs, on this unit.
12 kw. Cruise generator driven by main engine with on/off freq. control.
30 Amp. Shore power equipment and automatic battery chargers.
Solid state inverter 12V. D.C.to 110 V. A.C. (all of the above systems have
automatic priority switching with instruments and control at helm station.)
All of the above equipment is housed in a completely isolated and insulated
7 x 14 stand up engine room and workshop with stainless sink, bench, vise,
grinder, shadow board full of tools, lockers and drawers with spares and
supplies. The 12 V. power is from 2-8D Batteries in Engine Room.

- Safety systems - Most connected to central audible and visual panel at helm.
Six smoke alarms throughout vessel.
Automatic bilge pump in each of four bilge compartments.
Low fuel alarm on galley tank (oil stove, oil heater, port engine room fuel)
Water in engine room fuel separator alarm. Main engine function alarms.
Aux. engine function alarms. Air horns connected to automatic fog horn
timer. Automatic pilot with remote dodger.
Fire equipment - Mandatory equipment plus automatic full flooding halon
system in engine room.

- Electronic equipment - Standard horizon (2008) GPS Chart Plotter.
Furuno (2001) twenty mile radar. 24 channel C.B radio, three VHF radios,
two mounted with outside speakers and one portable. Depth sounder, three
scale with deep and shallow alarms. Six speaker stereo system.

- Anchoring Equipment - 125 lb. navy anchor, 250 ft. of new 3/8 Gal. chain.
Forty lb. northill on 3/8- gal. chain and 300 ft. of 1 poly line. 20 lb. kedge.
Served by an electric anchor winch on independent battery.

- The outside of above deck cabins and roof was rebuilt as part of a 2000 refit.

- Auxiliary Equipment. - Permanent fold down port and starboard ladders
and permanent stern ladder.
14 ft. 6 runabout with weather top and 8 hp Merc. outboard mounted on
electric davits on stern.
Built in 8 cu. Ft. freezer with 6- continuous Styrofoam insulation, holds
minimum four days without running after initial loading and freeze up.
Built in washer and dryer. Galley upright fridge-freezer (new 2007).

- Heating - Galley oil range, equipped with blower system for heating and
de-fogging. Thermostat controlled electric heaters in each room. Hot water
heaters from both Aux. and Main engines. Central built in oil heater requires
no power to operate.

- Water - Automatic pressure water system with stainless electric hot water
tank also heated by coil in oil range.

- Cooking - Stainless steel enclosed oil range with exhaust fan, two burner
electric stove, built in toaster oven, coffee maker, large micro wave oven,
double stainless sink, pots, pans, dishes, lots of storage space.

- Accommodation - Saloon - 11 x 16 teak paneled with port side helm
station, four swiveled reclining seats with 360 ` visibility, three teak access
doors to covered after and side decks, entertainment center, L shaped settee
7x 10 with coffee table that can convert to a queen sized bed. Galley 10x14 golden ash paneled with 9 seat triangular nook plus 6 lounge. Bow state-
room (down 4 steps from galley) golden ash paneled with two bunks, dresser,
lockers, ceiling hatch and adjoining head vanity and lockers. Bow storage
area - under galley, vegetable bins, 8 cu. Ft. freezer. Guest stateroom (down
4 steps aft from galley) two bunks, dresser and lockers. Master head, shower,
tub, vanity and lockers. Master stateroom 10x15 four post queen size bed
7 dresser stb. side, 7 dresser and vanity port side, two hanging lockers, built
in washer and dryer.

- Deck space All fully enclosed by railings, covered side and aft decks, with
table and chairs, front deck with 10 wide seat with lockers for lines etc.

- A comparatively shallow draft, extremely stable and dry running craft that
easily maintains a ten knot speed @ 1850 rpm under most sea conditions,
over all fuel consumption while cruising averages about 5 gal. per hour or
a cruising range of approximately 1600 nautical miles or 2000 statute miles.
The above averages start with tanks full and supplies for three month.
