The year of 2002 proved to be a busy and productive year for both Harlow Marine and our clients. The year boasted sales of 24 vessels including; eleven (11) tug boats, six (6) barges, three (3) crewboats, one (1) sidewinder and three (3) dozerboats.
 |
Early in the year proved to be a busy time for Slave Lake Transportation as they purchased two covered barges from Seattle for work in the BC coast. |
 |
Daybreak Point Bible Camp purchased an aluminium crewboat the Silver River early in 2002. This crew boat was used in Harrison Lake transporting tourists and logging contractors. |
 |
Summer Holdings sold the tug Gulf Ranger in the spring of 2002. More Marine purchased this 37 footer, for work around Port Hardy and the north coast. |
 |
The Crofton Prince is an older tug, built by John Manly Ltd. Peter Zolner purchased her from Rapid Towing in the summer of 2002 to do Log Salvage on the north coast. |

Gowlland Towing purchased the tug Gulf Regent last summer frSummer Holdings. It will be towing log booms around Campb ell River and area. |

The Sheena M changed hands last fall as Active Marine purchased her from Bayside Towing. It will now be working in the Howe Sound area . |

Alert Bay Towing purchased the NootkWarrior from Nootka Towing and well used it around Port Hardy and are doing fish farm work |

Stave Lake Transportation purchased the tug Stormforce to tow barges to the west coast of Vancouver Island, supplying fish feed to the fish farms around Tofino. |

The 26 foot Armstrong built Silver Bir” was sold by Charles Macdonald of Kitimat to Delton Henric in Campbell River for fishing and some fun stuff.

The start of 2003 has proved to be a busy year already. We at Harlow Marine look forward to the year ahead working with our clients.
